Motor-driven metering pumps!

In the making of the new NEXA series motor-driven metering pumps, Seko has taken a major step in production optimization of metering pumps. The Nexa range is designed as a fully modular pump system, which means that the basic components are the same for almost all pumps. This gives us high precision pumps at economical prices.

The Nexa range consists of both piston pumps and hydraulic double diaphragm pumps. These pumps are produced according to standard API 675 and the choice of materials for wetted parts makes it possible to dose very aggressive chemicals. All models of the range can be delivered in compliance with the ATEX standards.
The dimensioning of the pumps is very flexible as they are available with different diameter hydraulic piston, and within each capacity area the pumps are controlled by stroke length adjustment.
The control of the stroke can be made manually by a knob or automatically by servomotor or pneumatic activator. Speed regulation can be achieved by means of an inverter.

Pressure: Up to 200 bar
Capacity: 2650 l/h with one pump head. The modules can be built together, so the pump has several pump heads, pump heads even can have different sizes on the same pump. Different drive mechanisms can be added to the same motor. This can be made in the field which saves large sums.
